My name is Phil Garitson, and it is an honor to continue as the principal at Shaw Butte Elementary School!

Our entire staff is excited about the upcoming school year and our goal is to continue to foster positive teacher-student relationships, increase student achievement as well as continue to build on the positive culture that exists at The Butte. Everyone on this campus will continue to feel valued because their opinion matters to me. I look forward to collaborating with you throughout the year.
